What happens when parents turn their kid's abusers? In France, one child dies in the hands of their parents every week! Kids as little as three weeks old face neglect assault from the very people who gave them life. The justice system puts such at-risk kids in a center where they are cared for by nurses, educators & psychologists. While that's a remedial measure, is there a way to end child abuse.
