God Children
In rural India, children born with deformities are hailed as gods. Arshad, who was born with a tail is venerated as the Hindu monkey god Hanuman, while Pranshu, who has a swollen forehead and narrow eyes is deified as the elephant god Ganesh. Realizing that locals believe their children to be gods, the poor parents exploit the situation. They charge for visits of their children with strangers who seek their blessings. Amid the celebration of divinity, the children's health gets neglected and so does their desire to be treated as normal kids.
