Located at a height of 770 metres above sea level, in the hollow of the amphitheater formed by three hills, is the village of Abu Ghosh. While the area shows signs of human activity dating back to 6000 BC, the monastery explored in this feature is less than two centuries old. Built by Benedictine monks, it is a tribute to Monasticism, founded by Saint Benedict. This place is called the Emmaus of the Crusaders, which calls all to return to God and to prayer. Uncover the history of the church and village in this enlightening feature.
